Hi, I’m Neil.
I'm a guitar pedal designer, builder, and all-around electronics nerd based in British Columbia, Canada.
I've been designing guitar pedals professionally for over a decade and currently work full-time at Dr. Scientist Sounds. Along the way, I've also designed original effects for companies like Big Ear Pedals, Oneder Effects, Abominable Electronics, and several others.
My goal is simple: make original, fun, approachable guitar pedals that encourage people to play, experiment, and maybe even learn how they're built along the way.

DIY Kits – Build the pedals yourself with detailed instructions, video tutorials, and troubleshooting resources designed to make the process approachable, even if you've never built a pedal before.
Pedal Building Workshops – Hands-on events where you can learn to solder, build a pedal, and discover that electronics aren't nearly as intimidating as they might seem.
